Los Angeles, CA, Alston Fraser inaugurates the first team of OSMONAUTS at the Estilo Salon, May 20th. The team's education focused on product knowledge, creating hybrids and public speaking. The roster of Osmonauts now includes celebrity stylists Julio Romano, Garrett Markenson, 'Bogart', and 'Adrina'
Great Falls, Montana, Osmo's latest offering the University of Osmo held it's first class "Salon Consultant Training". Hosted by Hair Mechanics of Great Falls, the class was a great success. The attendees, all salon consultants for Hair Mechanics, learned new sales techniques and relationship building techniques to open new accounts and manage established accounts. A cluster class was also held where 50 stylists, some travelling over 200 miles attended to see the latest aspects of Context Cutting and the launch of REHAB in America.
